The Perry track teams will travel to Alleman tonight for a Class 3A District 6 state qualifying track meet at North Polk high school.  The Bluejays and Jayettes will look to build off a strong conference showing and send several athletes to Drake Stadium and state championships next week.  Perry will compete against Ballard, Bondurant Farrar, Carlisle, DCG, Norwalk, Saydel and the host Comets.  The top 2 event place winners will advance to state with the final eight spots in each event determined by state wide times and throws.  Competition gets underway at 4:00.
