Perry Antique Days 2018

Next weekend, 2nd Street in Perry will be an epicenter for pickers from all around, as Antique Days will be making its triumphant return.

Rob Wenger, Owner of Wenger Auction, is the organizer of the event, which was started four years ago to showcase the variety of unique and rare items that can be found in and around Perry. Wenger says Antique Days came back by popular demand, and shoppers should be able to find nearly anything they’re looking for, and likely some things they weren’t. “We missed one last year, so a lot of people had asked me to start it up again. So this is our starting up again! We should have a variety of stuff: unusual stuff, farm-related stuff, (and) repurposed stuff. Just a big variety. Mary Rose’s will be opened up, Perry Paint and Glass will be open, Betsy Peterson is going to have some stuff, and then we’ll have outside vendors, too.”

Antique Days will run Saturday, May 19th from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sunday, May 20th, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. During the event, 2nd Street between Warford and Pattee streets will be closed to traffic to serve as a pedestrian-friendly, pop-up antique mall.
