The 2018 Iowa High School Boys State Golf tournament wrapped up competition earlier today across the state. The Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers boys golf team was one of nine squads competing for a Class 3A title yesterday and today at the Lakeside Municipal Golf Course in Fort Dodge. The Tigers, who sat in ninth place entering the day, finishes the event with the eighth best team score of 675. ADM bested the Oskaloosa Indians by two strokes in the final team standings. The Central DeWitt Sabers are the 2018 Class 3A Boys State Golf team champions with a score of 609. The Nevada Cubs placed second with 630. ADM senior Micah Moyer closed his Tiger athletic career with a place on the first team All-State Golf Team, taking fifth overall with a collective score of 149.
