Dallas Co Supervisors 3-27

The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The first item on the agenda is consideration of a resolution to amend the County’s Tyson High Quality Jobs program application. After that, the Board will discuss five resolutions relating to drainage district assessments, as well as a resolution for operating transfers, and a mobile home tax abatement. There will then be three public hearings, with the first one starting at 9:30 a.m. to discuss a budget amendment for fiscal year 2018. At 10, they will reconvene a public hearing which was continued from a previous meeting, regarding the vacation of a portion of 288th Trail east of Adel. The final hearing will be at 10:30 and will focus on a software agreement between the County and Tyler Technologies.

The meeting will conclude with a possible closed session to discuss purchase of particular real estate. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
