Michael Patrick Benton, age 34 of 924 Central St., Perry was arrested at 201 Nile Kinnick Dr., for public intoxication.

Breanna Hoffart of Plainview NE., was traveling near the 114 mile marker of Interstate 80 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.
