The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.
Jerry Purdy with Design Alliance, Incorporated, will discuss possible needs assessments and design options for the county jail. During the last meeting the Board requested multiple design firms to consider for the project. Design Alliance is the firm currently assigned to the new Dallas County Law Enforcement Center. County Engineer Josh Sebern will also discuss ongoing right-of-way issues in the City of Jamaica and award the contract for a bridge replacement project.
The Board will also hear updates from Midwest Partnership Executive Director Sarah Gomez and Guthrie County Public Health Director Jotham Arber. Other action items include: drainage services, the Guthrie County Regional Airport Authority agreement, and appointing a representative to the Regional Airport Authority Board.
The meeting begins at 9am in the Supervisors Room in the Guthrie County Courthouse in Guthrie Center.
