Enrollment in the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School District is growing at a fast pace. While that may be a good problem to have, the administration realizes it creates space concerns in the District’s facilities.
With that in mind, tonight at 6 p.m. the community is invited to the high school auditorium for a public input meeting. The District is partnering with RSP and Associates to plan for the future growth of the student body. Additionally, a Facility Master Planning Committee consisting of the public, teachers, administrators, and School Board members has met twice this spring to begin work on solving the space issues. Tonight’s meeting will give citizens an overview of that planning process, while also gathering feedback.
