The Greene County School Board will meet tonight.
Under old business, the Board will discuss the District Career Guidance Plan, refurbishing the wrestling mats and pads, and the Fieldhouse lease agreement.
The new business items that the Board will consider approving include: the ram restaurant rental agreement, proposals for the 2018-19 school year athletic training services, a rental agreement with the Grand Junction Community Center for the summer lunch program, food services and 28E agreements with New Opportunities, a 2018-19 school year administrator mentoring agreement with School Administrators of Iowa and a transportation department purchase. Additionally, the Board will consider approving the financial services agreement with Piper Jaffary and a dissemination agent agreement toward the general obligation bonds for the new school project.
The Board will also discuss the Board Q&A sessions, administrator and teacher evaluations, bag searches at activity events, comments from the Paton-Churdan sub-committee meeting, and board policy reviews.
The meeting begins at 5:15pm in the conference room of the administrative building in Jefferson.
