The Iowa Barnstormers will be hosting the first round of the Indoor Football League playoffs tomorrow night, and Dallas County ISU Extension and Outreach has a special deal on tickets for the event.
Extension Director Jeff Jackson says thanks to their partnership with the team, they are able to offer $15 tickets for the game, which is half the normal price. Jackson says the seats will be right along the sideline, so attendees will have front-row seats for the contest. Kickoff will be at 7 p.m. tomorrow at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. Jackson is excited for the event and that Extension can help people get to the game for a fraction of the cost. “We want to fill the arena and really send the message that indoor football is something that Iowa loves. If they win this, and they go on to the championship game July 7th, the actual Indoor Football League Championship will be held right here in Des Moines, at Wells Fargo Arena. Which would be the first time that’s ever been hosted (in Iowa)!”
Jackson adds, Dallas County Extension has a strong partnership with the Barnstormers organization, so he believes they should be able to score half price tickets to the championship game as well. To reserve your tickets for tomorrow’s game, click the link below.
