West Central Valley Wildcat

The competition week ended for the West Central Valley Wildcats on the short end of three straight league results. The Wildcats latest setback came last night against the Madrid Tigers, 5-3. West Central Valley head baseball coach Justin Keck told Raccoon Valley Radio the Wildcats produced several singles to plate their three runs. Senior Riley Algreen and junior Korbin Norse each drove in a run in the setback. The loss comes on the heels for a doubleheader sweep against the Woodward-Granger Hawks Thursday, falling 9-5 in game one and 5-2 in the nightcap. The result lowers West Central Valley’s overall record to 8-11. The Wildcats resume their league season Monday, playing two games against conference foe Earlham.
