Dallas Supervisors 5-29

The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will begin with discussion and possible action of a resolution for a designation by elected official for the position of Deputy Auditor. Following that, the Board will consider an amendment to the County’s software agreement with Tyler Technologies. Next, there will be several items relating to the Secondary Roads Department, including: right-of-way purchase agreements; the purchase of a pickup truck; and the employment contract for County Engineer Al Miller.

At 9:30 a.m., there will be a public hearing to discuss the final plat of Panther Creek Estates, plat number three. Other items on the agenda include: a business associate agreement with Iowa Counties Technology Services; resolutions to approve assigned funds and an operating transfer; setting time and date for a public hearing on a contract with Ankeny Sanitation; and further discussion of the Human Services Campus landscape plan. The session will conclude with consideration of a letter of support for Mercy Behavioral Health Hospital.

The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
