The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.

The Board will consider for approval to hire two part-time deputies for the Sheriff’s office, renewing insurance coverage with MacDonald Insurance, a statement of understanding for service coordinator position with Central Iowa Community Services, the County Treasurer’s investment and driver’s license report for May and tax abatements for several properties. Finally, the Board will consider approving a resolution to appropriate 85-percent of the budgets for the 2019 fiscal year.

The meeting will begin at 8:30am in the boardroom of the courthouse in Jefferson.
