12:22am: An officer checked on a Business Alarm Activation at 200 American Drive. The business was secure.

5:33pm: John Johnson spoke to an officer concerning a Civil Property Issue occurring at 500 East Clark Street.

7:38pm: A deputy requested assistance from an officer at 1581 235th Street for a reported suicidal male and a Domestic Situation occurring there. The male left the residence for the evening for a “Cooling Down” period.

8:42pm: An officer was requested to assist the Sheriff’s Officer with a Cattle Out Call at Neola and 210 Street. The officer was able to get the cattle back in the pasture.

9:30pm: Mark Nelson dropped off a cell phone he had located near 220th and 290th Street. The officer contacted the owner to pick the phone up at the LEC.

10:03pm: Conner Groves reported a possible No Contact Order Violation occurring at 500 North Elm Street. The officer is investigating.

******** Arrest Warrants have been requested after the completion of a Burglary Investigation, which began on 05/14/2018, at 401 East Central Avenue. Warrants have been requested for Jody Lyn Schad, 43 of Jefferson for, “4 Counts –Burglary 3rd Degree – Aggravated, Possession of Controlled Substance/Marijuana – Serious, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Simple, Theft 2nd Degree – D Felony.”

Warrants were also requested for Jennifer Marie Ashby, 45 of Jefferson for, “Possession of Controlled Substance/Marijuana – Serious, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Simple.”

******** Arrest Warrants have been requested after the completion of an investigation into a Stolen Motorcycle on 05/30/2018, at 702 North Cedar Street. A Warrant has been requested for Jody Lyn Schad, 43 of Jefferson for, “Theft 1st Degree – C Felony.”
