8:05am: Betty Nearhoof reported a male subject, wearing an ankle bracelet in her yard at 101 West Wilcoxway. The officer’s investigation has led to the request of an Arrest Warrant for, “Trespassing – Simple” for Adam Michael Winger, 37 of Jefferson.

8:35am: Maigan Haley reported a male subject peering into her windows at 105 Sunset Drive. The officer believes the subject was Adam Winger and future charges are pending in the event.

12:27pm: HyVee reported a Shoplifting event from 106 West Washington Street on July 8th , 2018. The video provided to the officer shows a female taking a cell phone charger from the business without paying for it. The officer has applied for an Arrest Warrant for Ashlee Kaye Agan, 26 of Jefferson for, “Theft 5th Degree – Simple.

1:03pm: Jeff Mason reported finding a pair of men’s sandals behind his garage at 100 West Wilcoxway. Witnesses reported seeing Adam Winger in yards in this area in the early morning. Winger was not wearing shoes when confronted by a subject who found him on their property. The investigation continues.

1:55pm: An officer removed an Abandoned Bicycle from the Skate Park in the 500 Block of East Lincoln Way Street. The bike was placed in the Impound Lot.

3:08pm: Jeff Regan reported a male sitting in a vehicle in the 100 Block of South Grimmell Road, who was told not to have contact with his family. The officer explained we can not stop someone from sitting on a public road and to call back if he attempts to make contact with them.

7:46pm: A Traffic Stop in the 200 Block of West Lincoln Way Street resulted in the arrest of Brittany Ann Neal, 24 of Churdan for, “Driving While Barred – Aggravated and Operation without Registration – Simple.”

10:05pm: An officer located an Open Door in the 600 Block of East Lincoln Way Street.

10:30pm: An Open Door was located by the officer at 900 East Hwy. 30.
