7:34am: A deputy assisted with putting a cow back in its fence on 330th Street and B Avenue.

10:13am: A deputy investigated a violation of a no contact order in the 1900 block of Locust Street, Scranton.

10:16am: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street and W Avenue. Colleen Anderson 80 of Rippey was turning off of 220 th on to W Avenue. She struck the front end of the other vehicle driven by Brian Schacherer 37 Ankeny who was stopped at the stop sign. Colleen was driving a 2003 Nissan Murano and was cited for a improper turn. Brian was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. Both vehicles sustained around 5,000 dollars damage. There was nobody injured in the accident.

2:42pm: A deputy investigated an internet scam in the 300 block of 19th Street South, Grand Junction.

5:22pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest in the 1800 block of North Elm Street, Jefferson.

5:54pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an alarm in the 400 block of North Elm Street.

6:30pm: James Shutt 51 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
