12:12am: An officer located an open door at 1801 North Elm Street.

5:21am: An officer assisted Greene County EMS with a medical call in the 600 block of South Chestnut Street.

10:54am: As a result of a traffic stop in the 1400 block of North Elm Street, John Moriarty of Panama City, Florida, was issued a citation for Excessive Speed.

5:00pm: Tracey Saffell spoke with an officer about suspicious activity occurring.

5:22pm: As a result of a traffic stop in the 1800 block of North Elm Street, James Shutts (51) of Belle Plaine, Iowa, was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence – 1st Offense – Serious Misdemeanor. James was also issued citations for Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability and Excessive Speed.

5:43pm: Brenda Malone spoke with an officer about a civil issue.

5:54pm: An officer responded to an alarm at 400 North Elm Street.

7:33pm: As a result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of West Adams Street, Manual Bonilla of Des Moines was issued a citation for Dark Windows.

10:37pm: Kaitlyn Kendall spoke with an officer about suspicious activity.
