A Celebration of Life service for Michael Lee Van Hoff, 28, of Boone, will be Friday, August 24, at 7 pm at the Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson.  Visitation will be prior to the service at 6 pm.  Memorials may be left at the Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson.  Survivors include:  Wife, Abby Van Hoff of Ankeny.  Daughter, Maggie and Scarlet.  Parents, Dennis Van Hoff of Ankeny and Martha Zollars Derry of Menlo.  Siblings, LeRoy Van Hoff of Boone, Greg Derry, Jeff Derry and Sheri McCann all of Guthrie Center.  Grandmother, Helen Zellars of Jefferson.
