The Perry Public Library’s Monthly Book Club is hosting its next meeting Tuesday afternoon, and the community is encouraged to join the discussion.

This month’s selected book is “The Radium Girls: the Dark Story of America’s Shining Women,” by Kate Moore. It’s a true story, which Library Director Mary Murphy says is sure to inspire a good discussion. The meeting is free and open to the public, and anyone with a love of reading and conversation is invited to attend. Murphy will lead the discussion, which will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Clarion Room of Perry City Hall. For more information, stop in or call the library at 515-465-3569.
