On Thursday, students at West Central Valley will fill the cafeteria and commons spaces for another school year. But before they return, the teachers and staff got the chance to be served a welcome back breakfast. The Stuart Chamber of Commerce once again hosted the Teachers Breakfast at the high school Friday morning.

Educators from all four buildings enjoyed a meal of eggs and sausage, pancakes, fruit, beverages, and even breakfast nachos. About a dozen chamber members served the breakfast, including Raccoon Valley Radio. There are several new staff members, teachers and administrators, including Superintendent Lance Ridgely and Dexter Elementary Principal Drew Stonewall.

The district will hold its back to school night on Tuesday before beginning classes on the 23rd.
