4-hGuthrie County 4-H has another entry in the Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame. Adair’s Cindy Lundy received the honor this past weekend during the Iowa State Fair.

Lundy has served as a 4-H leader in Guthrie County for 25 years. She has assisted in leading several community service projects, including: renovating flower beds for area schools, cleaning up local parks and lawns, sewing blankets for a local hospital nursery, and helping organize youth activities during holidays and town celebrations. Lundy has also served on the Youth Committee Board, the Food Stand Committee, and as a 4-H Static Exhibit judge. Lundy is a Certified ParaEducator at Adair-Casey Elementary and is an active member of Adair United Methodist Church.

She is one of 99 to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, with one representing each Iowa county.
