The ACGC volleyball team will continue their 2018 season with the CAM quadrangular in Anita tonight. The Chargers will face the host Cougars as well as Atlantic and East Union.

The gold and black are coming off one of their biggest wins in program history, sweeping the Van Meter Bulldogs in Guthrie Center last Thursday. It was the first win against the West Central Activities Conference foe and already the second conference win on the young season. While the three matchups tonight are all outside the WCAC they can grab another win against an opponent for the first time.

The Chargers lost their first match as ACGC to Atlantic 2-1 back in 2016. The Trojans also bested the Chargers last season 2-0. The opposite is the case for CAM. The gold and black defeated the Cougars twice last season. In those two two-set matches, ACGC averaged only 11 points allowed from the CAM spikers. Tonight will be the first meeting between the Chargers and East Union.

First matches for the ACGC volleyball team begin at around 5:30pm at Cumberland-Anita-Messina High School in Anita.
