WCV’s Foster Medals at ADM Cross Country Meet

A junior on the West Central Valley Wildcats boys cross country team left Monday’s ADM Cross Country Invitational with an individual medal. Louden Foster was the Wildcats’ lone top 10 finisher at Adel’s Hillcrest Country Club, placing seventh overall with a time of 18:22. The top 15 individual finishers in both the boys and girls races left Adel with medals. Foster found his name apart of the Iowa Association of Track Coaches week five Class 1A individual rankings, dropping two spots to No. 13. The West Central Valley cross country runners return to race action tomorrow in the Roland Story Norseman Cross Country Invitational.
