1:03am: An officer assisted Greene County EMS with a medical call in the 800 block of South Chestnut Street.

1:33am: An officer located an open door at 1801 North Elm Street.

9:38am: An anonymous caller spoke with an officer about a vehicle in town with a loud exhaust.

11:54am: Shirley Curtis reported a theft at 1301 North Elm Street. An officer is investigating.

2:04pm: Officers responded to 705 Pinet Place for a report of a verbal argument.

4:57pm: An officer responded to Casey’s General Store for a gas drive off. An officer is investigating.

5:09pm: Kimberley Lentz reported being Harassed by a male from Perry.

6:46pm: Officers responded to 108 East Central Street Lot 58 for a verbal dispute.

7:12pm: An officer responded to 502 West Lincoln Way for a report of an open door to the residence.

7:31pm:An officer located an open door at 1000 North Cedar Street.

7:40pm: Nicole Hammer reported an aggressive dog in town.

8:33pm: An officer attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of South Elm Street and West Russell Street because the vehicle was driving carelessly. The vehicle did not yield to the officer’s emergency lights and continued south out of town. The vehicle did not stop until they reached the intersection of Neola Avenue and 270th Street. The driver, Zachary Burbank of Jefferson, was issued a citation for Excessive Speed and Reckless Driving.

8:48pm: An officer responded to 507 West Washington Street for a Trespassing complaint.

9:03pm: Mark Rain reported a large group of kids in the 100 block of Briarwood Bend.

Thursday, October 4th

7:55am: An officer responded to 403 West Head Street for an alarm.

8:49am: Autumn Dolph spoke with an officer about a civil dispute.

10:16am:An anonymous female reported a driving complaint south of Jefferson on Highway 4.

11:36am: Jennifer Schiltz reported illegal dumping at 505 East Lincoln Way.

2:09pm: An officer assisted a motorist in the 500 block of East Lincoln Way after the vehicle had overheated.

4:25pm: Alma Swanson reported a driving complaint on 220th Street.

6:38pm: An officer responded to the intersection of West South Street and South Pinet Street for an abandoned 911 call.

11:20pm: Dakota Bishop spoke with an officer about a Harassment issue that occurred at the Wild Rose Casino (777 Wild Rose Lane).
