Greene County won the West Central Iowa 5th-6th grade Youth Tackle Football Championship on Sunday afternoon at Linduska Field in Jefferson. The Rams were 33-8 winners over IKM-Manning and hosted the championship trophy following the game.

Brent Dennhardt had touchdowns runs of 11, 36, 10, and two yards, and Camden Strennen ran 27 yards for a score. Dennhardt had a two-point extra point kick, and Crew Conner ran for one conversion point. Conner also intercepted a pass.

Davis Rasmussen ran 75 yards for the lone TD for the Wolves.

Mike Dennhardt, Chris Conner, and Kyle Kinne, make up the bulk of the coaching staff for the young Rams.
