2:25am: Devon Myer 29 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for public intoxication and theft 5th degree.

2:52am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 1000 block of Sandoe Street, Grand Junction.

5:52am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on Jordan Avenue near 330th Street. Annette Hadley 53 of Jefferson struck a deer with her 2017 Dodge Durango causing around 8,000 dollars damage.

8:30am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1500 block of 235th Street.

2:30pm: A deputy investigated a barking dog complaint in the 700 block of South 12th Street, Grand Junction.

5:31pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near Pioneer Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
