The Greene County Medical Center invites the public to the next DAISY Award ceremony.

It will be held tomorrow at 1:30pm in the education classroom of the medical center. The ceremony is held twice per year at the medical center with the previous one being held this past May, in which Acute Care Nurse Gina Geisler was the recipient. The award is given to a nurse that shows extraordinary care to patients. Nominations can come from the patient, the patient’s family, co-workers, and community members.

The ceremony is open to the public.
