The Perry Water Works Department will be continuing work Monday on a project that started last Tuesday, which will result in a portion of Lucinda Street once again being closed.

Crews will be working on a water line repair project on Lucinda between 2nd and 3rd streets, which will close the block starting Monday. The work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m. Wednesday, pending any weather delays. The project was initially planned to be wrapped up by Friday, but the City decided more work needed to be done on the line.
