Dallas Supervisors 11-20

The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The meeting will begin with setting the time and date to award the bid and form of contract related to the Auditor’s Office parking lot project, for which the bids will be received and opened on December 5th. Following that, the Board will consider a resolution on a transfer to correct bond premium income related to the law enforcement center project. At 9:30 a.m., there will be a public hearing related to a storm sewer easement under the Raccoon River Valley Trail west of Waukee, which has been continued from a previous meeting.

Other items on the agenda include: consideration of an amended 28E agreement with Dallas Center for sewer services; possible discussion on the service coordinator position for area 1A of the Healthcare Coalition; and discussion and possible action regarding the end of December Board meeting. Finally, there will be two possible closed sessions, the first regarding purchase of particular real estate, and the second for pending litigation.

The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
