Kids wanting to give a gift this holiday season can shop for free tomorrow in Stuart.

The Stuart Lions Club is hosting their annual Stuart Community Christmas Celebration at the First Congregational Church, which includes the second annual “Kids Shop Free” activity from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Lions Club Treasurer Kristy Lonsdale says they will have items for kids to pick out for their mom, dad, sibling, and others, “It’s a way that they can feel like giving a gift to their parents, grandparents, anybody they want to give a gift to, and not have to worry about money or how they are going to do that. And (it’s) a safe way for them to shop and with us wrapping it for them, they can help wrap too, it’s all taken care of.”

There will also be a soup lunch served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Santa will be at the church for train rides from noon-1 p.m. There will also be drawings for chamber bucks, gift certificates, gifts from local businesses, and Christmas wreaths. A freewill donation will be accepted with proceeds going towards the Stuart Lions Club.
