The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider for approval the five-year Capital Improvement Plan and matching funds for the airport improvement project, an incentive policy for hiring and retaining police officers, a resolution to apply for grants to build the new animal shelter facility and the City’s health insurance premiums. Additionally, the Council will consider approving a proposal to replace the flat roof portion of the public library. Finally, the Council will hear a presentation by Alley Cat Allies.

The meeting begins at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
