The holiday layoff for the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers varsity basketball teams concludes this evening in Polk County. The Tigers resume their Raccoon River Conference schedule at Bondurant-Farrar High School against the Bluejays. Both ADM varsity squads saw success during the 2018 portion of their schedule. The Tiger girls basketball team enters tonight atop the standings, winning all five of their previous league contests and post an 8-2 overall record. The ADM’s boys’ team, who entered the year with a 16 game conference losing streak, currently sits second overall in the league standings with a 4-1 record and a 6-3 overall mark. The Bondurant-Farrar Lady Bluejays won their last three games of 2018, bringing a 6-3 overall record into tonight’s game versus the Tigers. The Bondurant-Farrar boys basketball team has won half of their eight games so far this winter.
