Monday, January 7th

9:35am: Amy Baugh advised of a wanted subject staying in the 300 Block of West Lincoln Way Street. The officer did not locate the subject.

3:35pm: An officer investigated a Two Vehicle Property Damage Accident at North Oak and West Washington Streets. A 2012 Hyundai Sonata, owned and operated by Roberta McDaniel Of Jefferson, was travelling east on West Washington Street. At the intersection with Oak Street, a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero, owned and operated by Lisa Rehm of Templeton, struck the McDaniel vehicle. Each vehicle had a reported $2000.00 in damages. Rehm was cited for, “Fail to Yield to Vehicle on Right.”

3:39pm: A Ft. Dodge PD Officer spoke to a Jefferson Officer about a male possibly living in Jefferson. The officer advised the male had moved from Jefferson last year.

4:30pm: A caller advised of a suspicious male hanging around 412 West McKinley Street. The officer did not locate the subject.

4:37pm: Colton Conroy advised he had caught a stray dog near Elm and State Streets. The officer placed the animal in the Animal Holding Facility.

7:53pm: Tabitha Kendall reported a stray dog in the 300 Block of South Cedar Street. The officer located the reported animal in its own yard.
