Jamie Brown of Waukee was stopped to turn left onto W Ave., when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Bryan Collin of Pleasant Hill. No injuries reported. Damage to Bryan’s vehicle estimated at $10000.00 and $7000.00 to Brown’s.

Rosa Elena Arellano, age 22 of 809 NE Broadway, Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for forgery and possession of a controlled substance.
