The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met for their budgetary session Thursday.

The meeting began with the Board authorizing County Attorney Brenna Bird to purchase a laptop and work cell phone. Bird will then present a fiscal year 2018-2019 budget amendment in April. Next, the Board reappointed Harold and Joyce Rochholz as Thompson Township Trustee and Clerk, respectively. The Board then held a budget work session with Transfer Station Director Jotham Arber. His proposed budget includes buying two new trucks and trailers, and hiring a second full-time driver. No action was taken on the budget.
