Cold temperatures and a small chance of snow is predicted today for the Raccoon Valley Radio-listening area.

The National Weather Service reports light snow today may cause minor travel impacts. As of this morning road conditions are seasonal across Dallas, Greene, and Guthrie counties. Following Friday night’s winter storm, the National Weather Service recorded 3.5 inches of snow in Adel, and 3.5 inches was also reported by a member of the Raccoon Valley Radio Severe Weather Action Team in Perry. High temperatures expected today are around 10 to 18 degrees. The National Weather Service predicts a light freezing rain to moderate snow mix Monday night.
