A Guthrie Center woman was arrested on violation of her probation for a class D felony charge Monday.

According to court records, 41-year-old Kameo Margaret Smith was on probation since March of 2016 for a second degree theft conviction. It was seen that she had violated her probation by not maintaining her residence, claiming she was living in Malvern,; not paying restitution and other fees; and not maintaining contact with her probation officer. A hearing was then ordered in August 2018, in which she failed to appear. Smith is in custody at the Guthrie County Jail. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
