Tonight is the second annual Bringing Opportunity and Optimism to our Students and Teachers (BOOST) of the Greene County School District fundraiser.

Last year over $50,000 was raised and every teacher in the district were given funds to use in the classroom. Proceeds were also used to fund over four dozen projects. Organizers are hoping for more this year. The event begins at 5:30pm at the Greene Room events center at Wild Rose in Jefferson, with the meal to be served at 6:30 and the live auction to follow.

Even though the event is sold out, those interested in participating can still do so by bidding through the silent auction. You can sign up for the mobile app on your electronic device and bidding is open now and continues through the event.
