The Panorama boys and girls soccer teams will be in action tonight as they take on Des Moines Hoover in a pair of home matches.

The boys are coming off a 4-1 victory Thursday over Tri-Center to open the season. For the girls it’s their first game of the spring after going 12-5 last year and making it to the regional semifinals. The Lady Panthers return a powerful offensive attack with four players who tallied double digit goals last year, led by twins Audrey and Paige Cmelik who both topped the 20 goal mark.

The girls game is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. this evening with the boys to follow at 7.

Meanwhile the girls and boys golf teams both open their seasons today but the site of their meet has been changed. Instead of playing at Cedar Pointe they will instead be at Sugar Creek Golf Course in Waukee.
