The Guthrie Center City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

The meeting will begin with a discussion on public awareness with Water and Gas Superintendent Craig Kintz. Next, the Council will discuss and consider action on a lease proposal from Alliant Energy for a portion of the fire station property. The Council will also set a public hearing date for the fiscal year 2019 budget amendment, and review the fiscal year 2018 audit report. The Council will also consider a resolution to transfer funds from the solid waste to general fund, and receive the annual library report. Finally, the Council will receive an update on nuisance properties from Wes Clark and discuss an administrative fee for contract cleanups, and discuss hiring an EMC Insurance representative for the upcoming year.

The Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
