The West Central Valley Boys’ and Girls’ Track teams are preparing for their next day of competition, tomorrow, as the Wildcats will make the trip to Woodward-Granger.

Both the Boys’ and Girls’ teams were in action last on Thursday, when West Central Valley hosted its own Invitational in Stuart. Eight other schools made the trip to WCV High School for last Thursday’s meet including, AC/GC, Ankeny Christian Academy, Glidden-Ralston, Iowa Christian Academy, Ogden, Paton-Churdan, Van Meter, and tonight’s opponent, Woodward-Granger.

The Boys’ have had a strong season from several different student-athletes this spring season, including Senior, Cole Arnburg, Jon Kalbach, Reese Lottie, Carson Wadle, Cole Sackett, underclassman Jaden Dixon, among others.

Boys’ Coach, Eric Addy, is pushing his 4×400 meter relay team to peak at the right time, as that group looks to make a return trip to the state track meet.

The field events will start tomorrow’s meet in Woodward beginning at 4:30.
