Marshall Hoyt of Perry was traveling north on E Ave., when he was attempting a right turn onto 150th St. when the front wheels slide into the ditch causing the vehicle to roll onto its side. When it rolled some of the farming liquid nitrogen it was carrying leaked out. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $1000.00. No injuries reported.

Anthony Allen Mundy, age 53 of 801 Pleasant View Dr., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of forgery.

Sarah Jean Decker, age 34 of 6565 Wistful Vista Dr., West Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of electronic or mechanical eavesdropping.

Travis Leon Beam, age 49 of 12775 NW 82nd Ave., Grimes was arrested in the 21000 block of Highway 141, Perry for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Scott Schmitz, age 31 of 2625 Warford, Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of disarming a peace officer and assault on persons in certain occupations.
