
The West Central Valley Girls’ Soccer team will be back in action tonight against Des Moines Christian.
The WCV Girls’ Soccer team shares its Soccer programs with Nodaway Valley High School in Greenfield, and the West Central Valley Girls’ team has been on a bit of a slide in recent weeks.
Before Saturday’s tournament in Greenfield, the Wildcats had lost their last two regular season games, being outscored by 15 goals in just two games. West Central Valley suffered a 5-0 defeat at Tri-Center of Neola in Pottawattamie County, and then a 10-0 defeat at home against Winterset.
After tonight’s game, West Central Valley has just six more games remaining on its regular season schedule, and only two more home games for the Wildcats.
Tonight’s contest with Des Moines Christian will start at 5:30 from Nodaway Valley High School in Greenfield.
