The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene tomorrow morning in regular session.

The meeting will begin with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to 18 County employees for their years of service, ranging from 5-30 years. Next, the Board will consider approval of the 15th pay application for the law enforcement center project, and receive an update on the progress of construction. Following that, the Supervisors will discuss an update to the multi-jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan, as well as notice of interest for three separate mitigation projects, with the Emergency Management Department.

Other items on the agenda include: a wetland mitigation credit purchase by Apple, Incorporated; a bid recommendation for the interior demotion of 910 Court Street; discussion of the facilities use plan; and approval of plans and specifications, as well as setting time and date to receive and open bids, for the 170th and 180th Street culvert projects. The session will conclude with a workshop with the Secondary Roads Department. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. tomorrow in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
