With the heavy rains of Thursday moving through Iowa, many state qualifying track locations were forced to postpone competition including the Carroll location involving Perry.  The state qualifying meet will take place tonight weather permitting at Carroll Stadium as runners from all over the area will look to punch their tickets to the state tournament.  Kaleb Olejniczak and Jaylene Karolus have been the leaders for Perry throughout the season.
