The public is invited to a plant sale today and tomorrow at the Thomas Jefferson Gardens.

The sale will be going on today and tomorrow from 9am to 4pm. There will be a variety of greenery, from flowering plants to vegetables, along with hanging baskets, herbs and heirloom seeds to choose from. Plus, a new addition to the plant sale this year is sweet potato plants. People can also choose annual and perennial plants.

Proceeds from the plant sale will go back to the Thomas Jefferson Gardens to purchase more plants for their gardens.
