Jackson Harris of Grimes was traveling west on Highway 44 approaching the intersection of W Ave when he made a left hand turn and collided with a vehicle driven by John Kujac of Madrid. Kujac was transported to Methodist Hospital by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Harris’s vehicle estimated at $10000.00 and $10000.00 to Kujac’s. Harris was cited for failure to yield left turn.

Alan Lee Major, age 57 of 302 Birch Ave., Woodward was arrested at 906 S Main St., Woodward for public intoxication, contempt-failure to install ignition interlock device, no valid driver’s license and reckless driving.

Jennifer Rebecca Piatcheck, age 27 of 206 SW Cherry St., Ankeny was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
