Greene County Singers during the 2017 Relay for Life

The Greene County Singers invites everyone to their next concert.

It will be on Sunday at the First Presbyterian Church in Jefferson at 3pm. The concert is called “Say It With Music” and Director Sheilah McGregor-Pound says they will perform songs from all genres including some inspirational and secular selections. McGregor-Pound says the community-based group is in their fourth year and their season is from February through November. The concert is free, but free-will donations will be accepted. Refreshments will be served following the concert by the Presbyterian women. No pre-registration is necessary.

She points out anyone can join the Greene County Singers. Rehearsals take place Sundays at 5pm at Central Christian Church in Jefferson. To learn more contact McGregor-Pound at 515-291-0558.
