Tuesday, May 28th

9:14am: Lexi Ayres requested an officer at 600 West Washington Street for a fight with her mother. The officer arrived and spoke to both parties. The officer worked to diffuse the issues and the parties separated for the day.

10:57am: Carroll County advised of an Erratic Driver on 220th Street, heading east towards Jefferson. The officer did not locate the reported vehicle in Jefferson.

11:35am: Officers assisted the Medical Examiner with a Death Investigation in the 1000 Block of West Adams Street.

11:45am: An officer spoke to a subject at 704 Pinet Place about burning trash in a barrel. The subject was advised only yard waste can be burnt in the city limits. The fire was extinguished.

8:18pm: Cindy Rowland requested assistance from officers in locating her teen daughter, that had left the residence at 911 North Pinet Street after an argument with her mother. The juvenile was returned home a short time later.

8:36pm: Bruce Binkley reported a female attempting to gain entry in the vacant apartments at 307 North Wilson Ave. The officers searched the building and found no evidence of anyone inside.
