adm-7

The ADM Tigers Baseball team dropped a game on Wednesday night in Boone to the Toreadors by the score of 5-4 in extra innings.

The game was scoreless through 7 innings of regulation play, before ADM picked up the sticks in the eighth inning and scored four runs in the top of the 8th.  Chase Anderson, Kaden Sutton, and Zach Fuller batted in runs for ADM in that half inning.

Logan Crannell pitched a great game through regulation, but simply ran out of gas after the seventh, and gave up four runs in the 8th.  Crannell struck out 14 Boone batters, and only walked one.

Boone tied the game after 8 innings, when ADM looked like it was in clear position to win.  Boone picked up its winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning downing the Tigers in extra innings.

ADM ended the game with four runs, five hits, and four costly errors.

ADM Baseball is back in action on Monday at Winterset.
