Haylee Sue Rote, age 23 of 1919 Warford St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charges of theft and eluding.

Steven Robert Topping, age 55 of 150 S Prairie View Dr., West Des Moines was near the 117 mile marker of Interstate 80 for OWI, speeding and improper use of lanes.

Scott Roberts, age 54 of 2943 190th St. Panora was found in a driveway with injuries from an ATV accident at 10241 200th St., Roberts was transported by EMS to Highway 44 and Highway 169 where Roberts was then taken to Methodist Hospital by Life Flight.
